How it works
- Front creates catering order (money fields are saved separately).
- Kitchen screen updates in real time.
- Order turns red 1 hour before delivery time + plays a ring.
- Kitchen marks each item Ready → completes kitchen.
- Front verifies items → order completed.
- All orders saved in history.
